Steps To be followed:-

1. Start it by typing youtube.com in a web browser .if you are using a mobile phone and do not have any desktop device then open this website in Google Chrome browser and from menu (three dots) select desktop device and then follow the next step.

2. Open your channel by tapping on your google account .

3. In the next step, click on Customise Channel as shown below

4. Go to Videos tab there and hover on the video and click on the highlighted area in the image below

5. now add poll to it where ever you want in the timeline . ask any question from your viewers in the poll.
